Kristee and Shawn were married on September 11, 2010 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas, but their wedding reception was held on June 24, 2011 at Dusseau’s Reception Center in Temperance, Michigan. They waited until June to have the reception because Shawn had enlisted in the Air Force and needed to go through his training before they could plan the reception.
Before the wedding festivities began, the bride, groom, families and wedding party met at Wildwood Metropark for formal and fun wedding pictures. Here are a few of the images we captured.
After the formal shots were finished, the wedding party and families headed to the Bier Stube for a drink and some karaoke!
Then it was off to Dusseau’s for the real party!
The food at Dusseau’s was great as always!
Kristee doesn’t like cake, so instead of the traditional wedding cake, she wanted a cupcake tower.
Kristee did the traditional throwing of the bouquet and Shawn tossed the garter.
Also keeping with tradition, Kristee and her father danced and Shawn did the mother/son dance.
Everyone danced the night away to Josh Bollin of Super Sounds DJs.
We also took Kurt’s Kustom Keepsakes green screen photo booth to everyone’s delight.
