Lori and Dan were married on June 23, 2012 in a small ceremony surrounded by their family and friends at Glass City Boardwalk in Moline, OH. The reception was held immediately following their ceremony at the hall. This is the story of their wedding day.
I got to the hall before anyone else had arrived so I began by taking some of the detail shots. When the bride arrived, I took photos of her dress and accessories.
Before they knew it, it was time for the ceremony to begin.
After the ceremony, we had a little bit of time for the formal family and bridal party photos while the hall was finishing setting up for the reception.
They went right into the dinner and the maid of honor and best man toasts, followed by the first dance, the father/daughter dance and the mother/son dance.
DJ Dawg opened up the dance floor for everyone to have a good time.
Then it was time to cut the cake….they were gentle on each other because we still needed to go outside and get some romantic photos of the couple. We went across the street to through the field to the abandoned railroad tracks.
When we came back in, it was time to do the bouquet toss and the garter toss. Those were the last formalities of the evening and it was time for everyone to enjoy the celebration.
One thing Lori really wanted on her wedding day was my Kurt’s Kustom Keepsakes green screen photo booth that she had seen before at another wedding. All of the guests had a great time with the images we created just for them.
Congratulations Lori and Dan on your wedding!
